🚩Leaked Docs Intended to Provide Fallacious Grounds To Pass The #RestrictAct?
People Are Beginning To Think It's Manufacturing Consent for The Patriot Act 2.0.
Monday,
spoke about how the recent leaks are just not that damaging. It is true. Anyone who has researched the Ukraine war knows that Ukraine is losing this war and that the casualty ratio is extraordinarily high. The leaks state 7:1. We’ve had the CIA on the ground continuously since at least 2013, maybe since the second World War and the Ukraine airforce has been decimated. These are not big revelations.
We also assumed that we spy on our allies, after all we spy on our own people, and we don’t even need to get a regular warrant to vacuum up“foreign” conversations. This is not a huge surprise. These leaks do not serve our adversaries much, it is deniable proof of what they already know.
Even “ex”-CIA John Sipher said: “The sky is not falling. Our most sensitive collection doesn’t make it into documents like this.”
The leaks do however serve the interests of the powerful.
The Congressional-Military-Industrial Complex, as well as the censorship-industrial complex stand much to gain from the release of this information.
The fact that Ukraine is losing will be used as a rationale to send them another 100 billion more U.S. taxpayer dollars and maybe even fighter jets on top of that. The fact that the leaks publicly show that Zelenskyy seeks to strike deep inside Russian territory should give pause, but it won’t.
NBC Manufacturers Consent For More Censorship
In the context of today’s arrest, NBC “News” is already laying the groundwork needed to scare the American public into accepting more big brother surveillance:
Ronald Marks, a former CIA officer and a visiting professor at George Mason University, said the pendulum has swung back and forth over the past two decades over how much intelligence should be shared across the government.
“Remember, the whole thing after 9/11 was the need to share. And the concern was that if you kept this stuff too tight, we might miss something,” Marks said.
“So you get more and more info all the time, which means you’ve got to store this stuff and collate this stuff, which means that you’ve got more and more contractors and other people involved with it all the time,” he said.
Marks is stating clear as day, that this will leak will be great for the censorship-industrial complex, “more and more contractors.”
The NBC article also quotes an unnamed congressional official:
The intelligence community is now grappling with how it can scrub platforms like Discord in search of relevant material to avoid a similar leak in the future.
To scrub something is another analogy for censorship. To remove its presence from the internet. Currently, our constitution and law prevent such censorship of the reporting of leaks, the leakers themselves may be liable for the circumstances by which they got and shared the information, but the First Amendment protects Americans who share or report on classified information. But, never fear, Congress thinks they can make exceptions to our rights, via legislation.
The Patriot Act
Joe Biden stated that he wrote the PATRIOT Act before 9/11. It seems it was just sitting around waiting for the justification to implement it.
After 9/11, when the PATRIOT Act was being considered in Congress, there were two holdouts in the Senate. It was exactly these two Senators who were sent Anthrax, which was later discovered that it could have only come from Fort Detrick, Maryland. 🚩
After the anthrax attacks, the bill easily passed.

The #RestrictAct IS The Patriot Act 2.0
And what do you know, there is already a bill in the Senate, the #RestrictAct that would allow the government to snoop on anyone’s internet activity based on a hunch, no warrant is necessary. Fines of up to one million dollars and jail sentences of up to 20 years can be levied based on its proposed law.
Senator Mark Warner [D-VA] introduced S.686 - RESTRICT Act back in March 2023. It currently has 25 co-sponsors, just over half the Senate. It was referred to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation.
In the above article, NBCNews quotes Warner:
“We’ve now got two examples, you know, the potential mishandling of documents by current and former presidents and now this potential leak, or real leak,”
“I think it does raise a question that in some cases we way overclassify. In other cases, we may ... give out the documents to too many people,” the senator said.
“I think it’s time that Congress plays a role here in setting some parameters,” Warner said.
The parameters he seeks to set are in the Restrict Act, aka the Tik Tok bill. Is the RESTRICT Act intended to legalize the actions shown to have taken place in the Twitter Files?
Watch this short sarcastic newscast with JP about the Restrict Act:
While JP warns that the Restrict Act will allow the Biden administration to jail you for free speech, laws do not expire with the changing of Presidents. Are you comfortable giving this authoritarian tool to the Secretary of Commerce of the Trump or the DeSantis administrations?
has warned about the Restrict Act allowing unelected bureaucrats to crush any political dissent under the guise of national security:The Restrict Act is nothing short of a betrayal of our democracy, as it seeks to impose a digital Iron Curtain, allow the government to monitor our every move, censor our online speech, and crush any dissent under the guise of national security. The Restrict Act is an affront to democracy, and we must fight to ensure it doesn't pass

Alleged Leaker Caught Quickly
The 21-year-old alleged leaker, Jack Teixeira, was tracked down by para-government militias (NYT/WaPo/Bellingcat) today and arrested by the FBI. The two so-called journalistic outfits have a long history of laundering state secrets, attributing them to people or officials with knowledge of the situation. Bellingcat is thought to provide pseudo-intelligence information to attribute chemical attacks and missing airliners to our named state enemies. They are known to be funded by the National Endowment of Democracy(a CIA cutout) and the British Government.

The fact that the supposed leaker, is a low-level National Guard airman suggests to me he may be a patsy, a scapegoat. Did he really have access to documents that contain “sensitive and highly classified material” and pose a potentially serious risk to national security, as the Pentagon said on Monday?
Or were the documents intentionally leaked?
Is this the anthrax attack of Patriot Act 2.0?
We may never know, but it is very likely that these leaks will be used to push for more authoritarianism and impingement upon our rights. Fascism, the marriage of corporate and state will be their method.
Unless we stop them.
